This group was started to provide a place for acoustic instrument musicians of all playing levels to meet, jam, collaborate and have fun playing with others. The hope is to have a convenient location and time for regular biweekly jams. Another goal is to find a venue to host a regular open-mic.

The oldtime slow jam will take place every second and fourth Sunday @ Brooklyn Rod & Gun Club. The jam will have three leaders on banjo, guitar and fiddle who will be there from 6-8:30pm.  Promptly at 7:30 we'll take a break where you can get drinks and mingle.  We'll start up again and continue till 8:30.  There usually isn't food, although the grill sometimes is out during the summertime.
